Develop & master Fundamental Movement Skills; introduce all sport & golf specific skills (throwing, striking, ground-force; develop Functional Strength using light external loads (med-balls, light dumbbells & kettlebells).

Train to Play

(Boys & Girls

11-14 years old)

Continue to implement athletic development activities to maintain previous gains; introduce all aspects of conditioning- Stamina, 3D Integration, Strength, Stability, and Recovery- with increased focus on speed & mobility exploiting physio- and neurological changes during the growth spurt (PHV).

VARSITY

(Males 14+ years old)

Continue strength development and introduce power; move athletes toward individually customized training programs under supervision order to most effectively address each player's defficiencies.

ELITE F

(Females 13+ years old)

Continue strength development and introduce power; move athletes toward individually customized training programs under supervision order to most effectively address each player's defficiencies.
